About the web master, Rita "Chris" Quackenbush
The
Web Master, Chris Quackenbush, has a long history of business and personal
success before joining The Sand Castle Realty Group as the investment specialist.
She learned
that making money is the easy part. Keeping and building it can be much harder.
With a degree in Real Estate Investing and Construction Management, her research
caused her to selected Southwest Florida as the most promising area for
success in those fields. She
has invested personally in many properties in addition to helping others make
selections to help build their financial strength.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Founder and CEO of QTech . Starting with only $2,000 cash, she built the company
to approximately 1,500 employees and a $10 million per year run rate before
selling to a
publicly traded company
for cash. This highly profitable
consulting and temporary help company never had a negative quarter.
Founded QBit Computer Solutions simultaneously to handle relational database
needs of sales organizations and temporary help companies.
Co founded Quasar Engineering, a company tailored for high value added construction of high tech manufacturing facilities or other high value added engineering projects.
Advisor to Lefcourt Venture Funds 1990-93. Served on the Board of Candescent
Technologies 90-94 and arranged the first funding for this Flat Panel Display
Company.
Produced and Moderated a De Anza College series of live, Nationwide teleconferences
called “Technology Revolution of the 90’s.”
Founder Ski Park Boat and Ski, a boat dealership and ski facility 1998-2000.
Host Sponsor of the World Pro Tour for Water Skiing and Wake Boarding. Host of
the US Open Championships 2001.

to change a 91 year old law requiring pet quarantine for vaccinated pets entering
Hawaii.
